Attached mini ruffle 6 layer skirt in shimmer stretch mesh (turquoise, purple, neon orange, neon yellow, pink and neon spot Lycra).  Pink bow attached above skirt at the back.

Decorated with superior quality crystals in AB and comes with matching hair bow.
